Dr. Weston Price was a pioneer dentist and provided us with a lot of valuable information about the importance and health implications of a eating a more traditional diet. There is a lot of information on this site, a good place to start is under the Get Started heading, which is located on the home page on the right hand side of the page.
Sally Fallon: She is the president of the Weston Price foundation, and is an author, public speaker and campaigner, all in advocacy of real whole foods and traditional diets. I highly recommend her nutritional and recipe book Nourishing Traditions.
Eat Well Guide: eatwellguide.org This is a great guide to help you find local resources for healthy eating. You can also use it when you are traveling and don't want to give in to eating fast or convenience food. It features restaurants, co-ops, farmers markets, CSA's, farmers, and lots of other local, sustainable, and organic food options.
100 Days of Real Food: http://www.100daysofrealfood.com This is a great blog with a lot of good information and practical advice about cutting processed foods out of your diet. She features a lot of recipes, meal planning, educational information and why and how to cut out processed foods, and how to eat real food on a budget. She has obviously done a lot of research and provides great tips and information for us all!

For only $12.50 per month you get access to unlimited videos on all different styles and all levels of yoga and mediation with some fantastic teachers. This is a great addition to your yoga practice and can be done at your convenience right in your own home. I highly recommend checking this out.

He is an activist for trying to keep our food freedom alive and protecting the small and local farmers that allow consumers to opt out of the conventional food paradigm. He has written many books, "Folks, This Ain't Normal" is one of my favorites!
